Our menu consists of choosing a meat option below, wheat and/or white sandwich buns or dinner rolls (your choice), appropriate condiments, and any number of side dishes. Starting prices are based on the meat plus two of our Signature Sides. In general, each additional side dish and/or meat option will cost an additional $1 per person unless noted otherwise.

In other words, your overall price will be determined by the number of guests you have, the meat option(s) you choose and the number of sides you select.

meat buffet style

All of our service is done buffet style, and includes literally everything you will need for a complete buffet. The only thing you need to provide for us is the buffet tables themselves and linens if you are opting for a more elegant presentation (see below).

Our pricing is for disposable plates, forks, napkins, buffet table covers and skirting for the buffet, with your guests disposing of these items themselves. If you prefer a different option, such as upgraded plating, silver, and glasses see the additional pricing here. Event planning services are also available.

We will reserve a date for you upon receipt of a 50% deposit, and send you an event confirmation and contract. All details, such as final guest count, menu, and a map to your event are due no later than 14 calendar days prior to your event date. Prices do not include gratuity or sales tax which will be added to your final bill and is due on or before the day of the event.

We service the communities of Detroit Lakes, Frazee, Perham, New York Mills, Wadena, Sebeka, Menahga, Park Rapids, Walker, and Osage as well as the Fargo/Moorhead area. We will consider offers to travel to events throughout Minnesota or North Dakota for additional mileage charge.

Drunken Pig: Pork shoulder is slow-cooked (braised) in beer for over 10 hours with bacon, onions, garlic and our unique seasoning blend.  Our gluten-free option using hard cider instead of beer is also excellent!

Tipsy Cow:  Beef chuck roast is rubbed with our own spicy blend of seasonings, then braised in beer for over 10 hours with green peppers and onions.

Wobbly Chicken:  Whole chicken breasts are rubbed with a spicy mix of seasonings and garlic, then braised in beer (of course!) and shredded.

Backyard Cookout: We can grill up an assortment of hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, and/or pork chops (additional cost) and you choose the sides!

Whole Hog Roast:  A whole hog, marinated, seasoned and slow-cooked to perfection; served intact on your buffet line with a full fruit garnish.  The meat is carved as guests come through the buffet line for a truly genuine and memorable hog roast experience!

Prices as low as $10.50/plate plus 10% gratuity and applicable sales tax. $1250 minimum charge (before tax and gratuity).  Additional mileage charge may also apply based on your event location.

Pitchfork Fondue:  Who wouldn’t like a big juicy bourbon-marinated steak grilled to perfection?! Add some of our Signature Sides and it will truly be a BBQ to remember!
